What made you start this?
This very situation was at times the reality for Sam and others in the team at Real Life Skills growing up. Although each individuals story is very different, it was always the help and generosity of friends and the community that has stuck with them. This cause is not just close to our hearts, for many of us it was also our reality.
How does my purchase support your cause?
25 per cent of every sales goes directly towards providing breakfast and lunch packs for children and teens in need. Your purchase helps ensure kids have the nourishment they need to learn, grow and thrive.
Who do you support with your meal program?
We provide meals to disadvantaged children and youth who experience food insecurity, ensuring they have access to proper nutrition at school.
Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned as we work on expanding our shipping options!
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Orders typically take 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact our support team.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition.
